Position SummaryYou’ll be part of the team that develops our lightweight Windows agent. You’ll work both in kernel and in user mode, interfacing with the OS on multiple levels and accessing various APIs and frameworks with a strong preference for low-level technologies that are fast and efficient. You’ll be part of an agile team that uses a modern tech stack in a friendly and collaborative work environment.
Lead Developer position who owns the design and development of the broad scope of a product and its interfaces. Designs, implements, and guides team members. Works on problems of wide scope. Learns and defines standard practices and procedures. Gives and receives general guidance and direction on design-related work to achieve overall program performance, schedule, and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the broad scope of a product’s development; mentor and guide other developers.
Create and finalize functional specifications for key product modules and components.
Review designs of services owned by other feature teams and provide guidance.
Design and implement new features independently and through others.
Work with architects on finalizing and defining designs; help other services teams to come up with the right designs.
Automate and own quality for the features and fixes being developed.
Follow and improve processes for more secure and higher-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in Windows system and driver development
Proficiency in modern C++
A knack for quality and getting things right
Fluency in German and English
Principal residence in Germany
Expertise in machine learning is a big plus
