IDE CoP helps the rest of IDE to understand new tools and technologies and continue to work closely with peer technical teams. We look for ways to optimize and automate where possible and drive architectural and engineering principles. IDE CoP members are selected from current experienced Mastercard IDE's who use their extensive knowledge and experience to guide and mentor IDE and seek ways to help enhance the ability and understanding of the rest of IDE.

Duties:
• Develop and enforce internal IDE standards and Mastercard standards and best practices.
• Work with other internal technical teams (InfoSec/A&T/BizOps/etc.) to create and templatize new patterns for IDE to follow and use.
• Partner with the IDEA team to incorporate more automation into IDE workflow.
