Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
- Has held prior roles in Supply Chain Operations.
- Must be a US Citizen without Dual Citizenship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of manufacturing processes for classified hardware.
- Lead and provide technical direction to projects with critical business impact.
- Drive rigor for documentation of projects and lessons learned.
- Make recommendations after analysis of the data using quality tools.
- Protect the Intellectual Property rights of the Company.
- Lead by example and model team member for the whole site.
- Use Lean Manufacturing techniques & tools to drive a systems mindset.
- Manage & Lead Manufacturing Readiness Projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Chemical or related program experience)
- A minimum of 3 years in skillset

- Prior experience launching new processes in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience operating within Quality Systems (Ex: AS9100, NADCAP).
- Skilled in the use of CAD modeling software (Unigraphics preferred).
