In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team, Analytics and Reporting team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
  • Utilize independent judgement to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Monitor adherence to policies & procedures, maintain an effective risk and control environment, and perform attestations
  • Oversee strategic priorities, setting target dates and tracking milestone progress
  • Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of Business Execution, Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
    • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong analytic skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
    • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
    • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
    • Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
    • Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting
    • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
    • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Ability to meet stringent deadlines
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for various levels of management
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
    • Risk management experience
    • Project management experience: including the ability to manage, report out on status, raise issues as they arise, ensure all project milestones are managed, maintained and achieved
    • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures
    • Daily pipeline management with intake process to adhere to policy service levels
    • Working independently and demonstrating success in high production
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, while identifying and mitigating risk
  • Job Expectations:
    • Ability to travel up to 5%

Candidate must reside within a commute to locations listed in the posting. Position will work in hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) at locations below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
