Lead Analyst, Supply Planning
This role will be responsible for the design/build and maintenance of the key processes to support the Global Net Requirements Plan (NRP) in collaboration with the regional commercial teams across all Stryker Franchises and divisions.
What you will do:
- Responsible to support the deployment of the critical NRP key performance metrics (KPI) and supporting dashboards.
- Responsible in creating and supporting the key workflows to extract the key NRP data inputs from all the ERPs across the Stryker regions and divisions in order to improve the NRP performance metrics.
- Responsible to develop and maintain a process framework to record and build a process repository based on the design of best practice.
- Responsible to conduct Root Cause Analysis on major Supply Chain issues (i.e. supply constraints and backorder, excess inventory, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Business Analytics teams and IBP teams to drive the improvement of the NRP metrics.
- Support the franchise leads by coaching and supporting the planning community in deploying revised processes and tools within the franchise.
- Responsible for developing a competency framework for supply planning and to be able to benchmark existing people resources against the framework.
- Responsible to collaborate and support the supply planners and inventory planners across Stryker (divisions and regions) in regard to new tools and capabilities.
- Communicate and track progress of the capability and maturity programs for the franchise to ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date.
- Responsible for working with industry best practice consultancies and learning organizations to constantly update Stryker on latest best practices within Supply Planning.
- Capable of being able to work on capability building as part of a cross functional team and add expertise in creating optimal solutions.
- Responsible for the creation of executive communication for weekly and monthly updates in supporting the planning lead to highlight key issues.
What you need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive experience in supply planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, AI/ML, advanced Power BI, Python and R.
Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones.
Experience in Microsoft tools like excel, PPT, word, Power BI
Med-Tech Industry experience is preferred
