About the Team:
Join a dynamic and expanding area within our Marketing Technology Product team, where innovation meets impact. We’ve recently launched an in-house Adobe solution and are scaling our deliverability capabilities to ensure millions of customer communications reach the right inboxes—securely, reliably, and at scale. Our team is responsible for the end-to-end communication platform that powers residential customer engagement across email, SMS, and web. We layer AI models into data to drive personalization, optimize content, and deliver actionable insights across channels.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

As an Email Deliverability Analyst, you will:

  • Optimize Campaign Success: Monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, and engagement metrics. Identify patterns and recommend improvements to maximize deliverability.
  • Manage Sender Reputation: Oversee IP/domain health and ensure alignment with authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, MarTech, and EBI teams to shape segmentation, targeting, and frequency strategies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Partner with legal and privacy teams to uphold standards including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
  • Analyze & Report: Use tools like Tableau and SQL to summarize findings and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Consult & Advise: Act as a subject matter expert, offering consultative guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
  • Support Platform Enhancements: Translate business needs into technical requirements and recommend improvements to messaging platforms.

What You’ll Bring | Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in email/SMS deliverability or related MarTech roles
  • Proven experience in advisory and consulting capacities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis
  • Familiarity with email placement strategies and deliverability monitoring tools (e.g., Validity, 250ok, Everest)
  • Basic SQL skills for querying and validating campaign data
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • Deep understanding of email infrastructure and authentication standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (CAN-SPAM and TCPA)
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and predictive analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Success Metrics

  • Deliverability KPIs including inbox placement, bounce rates, and engagement
  • 30/60/90 day audit to assess current capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to articulate and execute a long-term vision for deliverability excellence
