About the role
As part of the Global Bid & Proposal Management team, the Large Deals Bid Manager (BM) acts as the main point of contact and key stakeholder for large-scale deals and opportunities — from initiation through to contract sign-off.
The BM partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive qualification, deal shaping, solutioning, and proposal creation, ensuring a cohesive and winning response. By understanding the client’s specific business needs, timelines, and processes, the BM translates these into clear requirements, resource planning, budgets, and manages all workstreams — including solution design, pricing, and Statement of Work (SoW) development.

Collaborating with Sales, Account, and Solution teams to shape winning proposals aligned with client needs and business strategy;
Defining pursuit schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements using standard processes and toolsets;
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, partners, and third parties to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all streams (solutioning, pricing, SoW, etc.);
Tracking progress, risks, and issues, ensuring compliance with governance and timely escalation when needed;
Delivering high-quality, compliant pursuits on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
eXperience and skills required
Holding a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and applying Agile principles effectively;
Demonstrating strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Understanding both technical and business objectives, and connecting industry trends with client needs;
