In Accenture Technology, we investigate and explore new technologies to determine how our clients can use them – helping their business innovate, grow and improve.
Our future colleague will:
Provide Level 2 support for remote end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote users.
Manage and support device lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, patching, and decommissioning.
Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
Ensure compliance with security policies, including antivirus, encryption, and device health.
Support remote software deployments, updates, and configuration changes.
Monitor device performance and proactively address potential issues.
User Management activities: create, modify, disabled, review.
Collaborate with L1 support and escalate issues to L3 or vendors as needed.
Maintain and continually enhance business systems including reporting and analysis capabilities, to meet ever-changing business requirements
Maintain documentation for support procedures, device configurations, and knowledge base articles.
If you are logical, adaptable and have knowledge in:
Windows 10 &11;
Basic skills: AZURE; Active Directory; Network(telnet; ping; NsLookup); O365 (Exchange online; Intune; Teams; SharePoint online);
Scripting: PowerShell; Python; network basic troubleshooting
Communication skills
At least Upper Intermediate English (minimum B2)
German is a plus
