Key Responsibilities

  • Research, evaluate, and curate influencer lists that align with brand objectives, using data-driven insights on reach, engagement, and audience fit. Stay on top of emerging trends and rising talents to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns.

  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end; from briefing and content approvals to timeline management, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and on schedule.

  • Build strong relationships with influencers and talent managers, negotiate fair rates, and represent dentsu with professionalism and empathy.

  • Monitor campaign results, analyze performance metrics and audience sentiment, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future strategies.

  • Work closely with account, creative, and data teams to align influencer content with campaign strategy, and support new business and finance processes when needed.

A bit about you

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media strategy.

  • A deep understanding of digital culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging social platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills; you know how to balance numbers with creative intuition.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset; you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
