Purpose of Position

We are looking for a new team member who is going to be in charge of prospecting new publishers and Influencers, actively match new partners with advertiser opportunities.

Key Tasks

  • Discover, recruit and onboard new publishers, focusing in influencers, content creators and social groups of discount and offers
  • Identify influencers that resonate with strategic and tactical objectives
  • Attend appropriate client and networking events to enhance client, agencies and publisher relationship development

Skills & Expertise 

  • At least 1 year influencer marketing experience and understanding of performance digital marketing with agencies, clients, publishers, advertisers
  • Basic affiliate marketing industry knowledge, incl. of commission models, tracking solutions and various affiliate types
  • Familiarity with social networks: Knowing the resources and tools of networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube, etc
  • Ability to be proactive with clients and internal team members at all times
  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Good organization and management of time for tasks and responsibilities
  • Fast learner with strong team orientation and positive attitude
  • Ability with Office suit pack and willingness to learn new technology systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English (advanced or fluent)
