Reporting to the Vice President of Paid Media, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You'll set up and monitor campaigns across multiple paid social media platforms, and create reports and forecasts for our main clients in Asia.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement paid campaigns on social media—LinkedIn and Meta for the most part.
• Optimise campaigns by measuring their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct the technical Quality Assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
• Produce and present weekly and biweekly performance reports to our clients in the Asian market.
• Work with internal Client Management teams to support the smooth implementation of work.

• Over one year of experience activating and optimising paid campaigns in either Meta for Business or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• You can maintain complex spreadsheets and can process large amounts of data.
• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
• You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business Programmatic, Social and Search) is advantageous
• Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
