You & your roleAs a Junior Dev Ops Engineer, you know the secrets of building and managing a developer portal where external developers can easily access our APIs and integrations. You will work in a diverse team within Banking as a Service, where innovation and collaboration are key. During the Early Career Program at Rabobank, you will work on your career by immediately getting started with Java backend development, automating pipelines, and developing solutions that make a difference for both internal and external users. And after that? You will grow into a fully-fledged DevOps Engineer within a team that leads the way in innovation and developer experience.

You & your futureDuring the Early Career Program at Rabobank, you will work on your career by immediately starting in an operational IT role. You’ll learn the profession from the inside, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and build a strong network within the bank. After completing the programme, you’ll be ready for a permanent position as Junior Dev Ops Engineer, with plenty of opportunities to progress within Rabobank.
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse team where your fresh perspective and new ideas are valued. You’ll have the chance to develop yourself both technically and personally, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
PracticalDuration: 18 months
Weekly hours: 40
Location: Utrecht, Winthontlaan 1
Start date: The program starts at the 1st of April, but you’re welcome to join us as soon as possible
To become a specialist in your field, you will follow training courses in the first 18 months that directly relate to your specialism and talent development. You will build your network, gain valuable experience, and develop skills that will benefit you later in your career. We challenge you to work on various cases and challenges together with other young professionals.

You & your talentBachelor in Computer Science, IT, ICT or Technical Engineering
0-2 years of working experience
Some experience with Java, Spring Boot, automation pipelines and graphics
Experience or interest in automating pipelines
Ability and willingness to learn frontend technologies
Fluent in English
