Job Description
- Prepare workplaces for new users (standard PC, laptop)
- Choose workstation configurations, buy workstations and peripheral devices
- Perform installation and configuration procedures
- Provide user support (daily issues)
- Handle warranty repair
- Upgrade hardware and software
- Replace and maintain cartridges and laptop batteries, maintain office hardware
- Install and configure network equipment, commission new facilities
- Register equipment (hardware, software)
- Work with documentation (warranty, accounting)
- Prepare manuals for setting up and using the software
- Participate in system recovery after crashes and hardware malfunctions
- Participate in the development of proposals regarding modernization and purchase of hardwarePerform other activities for the maintenance and development of infrastructure
Qualifications
- At least 2 –years of experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Basic knowledge of macOS and Ubuntu
- Knowledge of computer components, peripherals, network equipment
- Knowledge of principles and methods of networking
- Intermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1
- Experience in Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and Linux (CentOS/RedHat, Debian) administration
