Who we’re looking for:
- Responsible of managing the whole inventory and production process of Emma in order to meet the demand plan while avoiding excess or out of stock.
- Manage inventory balance across the supply chain, ensuring optimal stock levels and implementing action plans to address excess, prevent obsolescence, and avoid stockouts.
- Develop bi-weekly inventory projections and reports to monitor stock health, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide visibility on warehouse capacity.
- Define inventory targets and design strategies to achieve them, aligning with commercial and demand teams to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with production, comercial, and demand teams to align product launches, and key event initiatives.
- Conduct scenario analyses and lead cross-functional planning to support decision-making.
What we need:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Business planning or similar lines of work
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills
- Highly adaptive and agile to market volatilities and evolving business development plans
- You understand, Inventory Management, Demand & Supply, Distribution Planning Process, Re-order point planning, DRP Distribution Planning
