As a part of Influencer Marketing team, you will involve external influencers & UGC creators to produce top content about our BetterMe Store, an athleisure brand. The ideal candidate will have a background in Influencer marketing, SMM, particularly in the athleisure sector, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.

  • Find and involve external UGC creators (Influencers, Bloggers, etc.) to create content for social media campaigns: communicate and manage them on a daily basis;
  • Prepare UGC briefs and moodboards to manage all activities around the UGC creation process, promoting BetterMe Store goods on various platforms (TikTok & Instagram are a priority);
  • Analyze the effectiveness of UGC content and initiate improvements based on a data-driven approach;
  • Utilize UGC and community challenges to drive engagement and growth;
  • Monitor the best market trends and practices within the field: bring new ideas constantly.

  • 1+ year of work experience in a similar position: UGC, storytelling expertise, influencer marketing (the USA market will be a plus);
  • Ability to create scripts and briefs for UGC;
  • Knowledge of how to create catchy ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) that are oriented to a target audience;
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (will be a plus);
  • You can tell a lot and coach us regarding social media trends, tricks, and tips, within the field — you’re really curious about what you do;
  • Success cases with Instagram & TikTok influencers will be an advantage;
  • Great communication and management skills;
  • Fluent English.
