Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking an Engineer to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). Collaborate with system users, requirements owners, and developmental contractors to translate operational requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements to support the prototyping of the HMIF Armor and Infantry BCT formations. This is a full-time position located in Ft. Belvoir, VA and becomes available upon award around mid-December 2024.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Clearance: Active Secret clearance
Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience applying systems engineer principles. Fewer years of experience will be considered based on complexity and success of the experience

Acquisition programs experience with acquisition programs within a DoD setting. Army experience preferred.

Experience with evaluating projects using different methods and options to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets the required specifications.
Preferred Skills:
-
Recent engineering experience with military platforms, teleoperations, autonomy, EO/IR and C4ISR systems and the associated hardware and software.

Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes

Superior writing skill inclusive of developing technical system-level specifications

Excellent communications skills including the ability to generate and deliver focused briefings on complex topics to senior leaders
