We’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who’s eager to grow and ready to help our clients thrive. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with a background or interest in IT services or project coordination, who is passionate about building strong relationships and supporting client success.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or support role (Customer Success, Project Coordination, Operations, etc.)
- Interest or exposure to IT services, software development, or consulting environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you enjoy working with people!
- Basic understanding of client delivery, project lifecycle, or IT terminology (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
- Familiarity with staff augmentation or outcome-based services.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
