Required Skills:
- Expertise in Conversational AI development using Google Dialog flow CX/ES, including intent design, entity modeling, and fulfillment logic.
- Experience integrating chatbots with Vertex AI, Generative AI models, and LLMs via APIs.
- Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Java for backend integration and webhook development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based communication.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated deployment and monitoring.
- Skilled in GCP services such as Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Service Accounts.
- Proficient in Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Error Reporting for operational visibility and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of automation frameworks including AI Agents, RPA tools, Google Workflows, and Cloud Composer for end-to-end chatbot automation and management.
