We’re seeking an ambitious, driven Junior AI Engineer to join the growing Navan Cognition team.This is not an ordinary junior role. We are looking for a true apprentice - someone with a deep-seated passin for AI, a hunger for learning, and a mind that isn’t confined by old development patterns.

- Collaborate with the AI team to rapidly design, develop, and deliver novel AI agents and applications to real users.
- Assist in the entire GenAI project lifecycle, from ideation and data strategy to prompt engineering and agent evaluation.
- Drive the ongoing development of the Navan Cognition platform, ensuring it continually delivers real value to businesses adopting AI-driven solutions.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to our culture of creative problem-solving.
- Continuously research and experiment with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
