As a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist, you will elevate the ownership experience by:

• Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicle features, luxury technologies, and electric-vehicle innovations
• Educating customers on charging networks, home charging options, and EV lifestyle benefits
• Ensuring every vehicle delivery is fully connected via Mercedes me Connect and Mercedes me Charge
• Assisting customers with technology questions throughout the ownership journey
• Training dealership staff on Mercedes-Benz features, technologies, and available EV incentives
• Supporting dealership-hosted Mercedes-Benz events
• Assisting the Sales Department with test drives and managing test-drive inventory

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations
• 18+ years old
• Confident, polished communicator capable of demonstrating advanced vehicle features
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to explain technology clearly to customers of all tech-comfort levels
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for luxury, innovation, and delivering exceptional service
