Workday Business Analyst - Talent and Performance module (M/F/D)
We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst to join our dynamic global team. Sitting in the Global IT Services function, this role supports the entire Essity group, working closely with HR and business functions by configuring system updates and developing & implementing new functionality.
About the Role
This role will be the subject matter expert for the Workday Talent and Performance module, meaning that you will be the link between the business community and the IT solution teams, supporting the delivery of the necessary technology services by researching, analyzing and configuring amendments and new Workday functionality.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with users to understand needs, identify enhancements, document system modifications and create user support products

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to Talent and Performance processes and their impact on the Workday ecosystem

Design business processes and resolve technical requests (within Workday) ensuring solutions meet stakeholder/business requirements

You will be responsible for Workday configuration and system changes within the Talent and Performance module

You will be accountable for the scope, design, and delivery of small-scale Workday projects.

Able to troubleshoot and fix to prevent recurrence of the issue

Develop test plans, complete in-depth technical testing and facilitate user acceptance testing

Create documented system process flows and maintain training documentation for end users

Collaborate with support services and act as L3 Technical support for Workday queries
Who You Are
-
You have at least 3 years of experience in configuration design and deployment, testing and release management in Workday.

Workday Certifications are beneficial.

Strong communication skills with the ability to find solutions, data-oriented, and focused on teamwork.
