Installs, configures, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools, following established policies and procedures. (60%)
Provides Tier 2 level help desk/operations support, assisting end users with technical issues and operational challenges. (20%)
Ensures the safety and protection of servers, laptops, and desktop computers by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software. (10%)
Supports remote users with VPN installations and provides ongoing support. (5%)
Coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve issues in a timely manner. (5%)
