Position Overview:We are looking for a talented individual with a friendly personality, solid technical aptitude, and good communication skills to join our team. This position will be based out of our Valhalla, NY headquarters and will be part of a team that supports our end users as well as ensures their systems are working optimally and securely. We are primarily a Windows shop, so we’re looking for someone with a strong background supporting Windows systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner, working with employees in the office and remote staff
- Assist with the triage of our ticketing system
- Install and configure various hardware and software
- Ensure systems are up to date with security patches
- Provision new hire accounts and deprovision accounts as needed
- Assist with maintaining and cataloging IT Assets
- Other related duties as assigned
- Great Customer Service skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Office 365 knowledge
- Familiarity with any ticketing system (Jira preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking
- Mac experience
- Basic Active Directory experience
- Mobile Device Management
- Basic experience with Entra
- Cloud-hosted VoIP phone system (softphones and physical phones)
- Patch Management
