Job DescriptionEvery role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Respond to support cases quickly and efficiently
- Setup and manage workstations for new hires
- Create and update SOPs for IT Specialist tasks
- Make project time-to-complete estimates, follow up by tracking project time and tasks in our project management software
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Primary working OS is Mac
- Proficient in troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills; professionalism
- Experience with Windows OS
- System administration exposure
- Quick learner
- Bonus skills:
- SQL knowledge and experience (preferred MSSQL)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Experience with Crestron/A/V systems
- Technical certificates (ITIL, AWS, MCSE, etc.)
- Office365 administration experience
- Meraki/Cisco (networking) experience
