Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Assisting the work of the Project Director and IT Project Managers by performing administrative tasks
• Maintaining contact with clients and project members
• Managing contracts, orders, performance certificates, and other documents
• Supporting the finance department / controlling with administrative tasks
• Participation in the preparation of public procurements and tenders
• Making internal materials
• Managing our internal systems (e.g. CRM system, ClickUp)
• Performing ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?: 

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• You are a native Hungarian speaker
• You have confident intermediate English language skills, oral and written
• You have advanced Excel knowledge
• You are a confident user of other Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint)
• You are accurate and precise
• You have a helpful and supportive attitude
• You are flexible and proactive

WHAT IS GOOD TO HAVE? 

• You are familiar with the IT sector
• You have experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, SAP)
