What You’ll Do
Lead IT Service Delivery
Manage capacity planning, KPI setup, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional IT service performance.Ensure Compliance & Standards
Execute IT operational standards and procedures in alignment with SLA, Cybersecurity, SOX, and Non-SOX requirements for systems and devices.Drive Project Execution
Oversee local IT project development, communicate progress to stakeholders, and collaborate with regional manufacturing teams to share resources and best practices. Represent your country in global and regional IT initiatives.Manage Budgets
Plan, control, and optimize the IT Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and CAPEX budget to meet business objectives efficiently.Build a High-Performance Team
Develop talent and implement succession planning to cultivate top performers and support the IT Center of Excellence.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields
10+ years of experience across IT support and operations, including SAP, infrastructure, systems, and application development
Strong ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions
Solid understanding of SAP (Basis, Processes, Configurations, Master Data)
Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies
Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT security frameworks
Technical expertise in LAN/WAN architecture, operating systems, applications, and backup technologies
Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management
