Job Description
The overall target of the position:
This role is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the company's IT post-merger integration after merger and acquisition activities. This includes developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and tracking post-acquisition performance and integration into the HZI IT landscape.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Report to Director Group IT and identify, source, and build relationships with potential targets.
- Prioritize and evaluate targets, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Lead the integration process, including business case development, due diligence, and execution.
- Create and present investment recommendations and drive financial modeling and valuation.
- Manage due diligence, liaising with internal teams and external providers.
- Collaborate with experts (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) and ensure successful integration and IT project management.
Qualifications
Job specific qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
- Over 6 years managing IT operations and 2-5 years in project management.
- Strong self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Independent, methodical, and quick learner, with a practical approach and technical enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Highly organized with attention to detail, experience with third-party services, and strong problem-solving abilities.
