Role Overview:
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Workday Technology , HR Domain and MS SQL Server Database• Solves complex problems
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
About Role:
- Clarify business requirements, map to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
- Experience in Workday integration , configurations, Workday Studio, Calculated field etc.
- Experience in Recruitment , Core HR , Benefit Administration
- Experience in business process design and configuration, Workday Report and EIB Loads.
- Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing.
- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
- Document changes and create troubleshooting guide. Work on several projects simultaneously.
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
About You:
- 3 to 6 Years - Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Workday Technology and HR Domain.
- Good hand on experience in MS SQL Server
- Solves complex problems.
- Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
- May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
