Job Description
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Avani+ Fares Team Members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Monitor and delivery of operational business as usual tasks.
- Assist the IT Manager in coordination with various departments and vendors.
- Coordinate the timely collation and report on the performance of the IT service, analyzing trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Coordinate resource monitoring across the team.
- Develop and maintain the document library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain appropriate configuration management repository.
- Maintain risk, issue logs, and change control records.
- Coordinate and process local procurement and expense in conjunction with procurement, accounting, and various vendors.

- With 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- With good English communication skills
