IT Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) - Business Systems Analyst (Supply Planning)

Responsibilities :

Lexmark has deployed a single instance SAP ERP recently converted to S/4Hana and operates Supply Chain Management Advanced Planning Optimization (SCM-APO) for Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning. 

A project to deploy a new SaaS planning tool by Kinaxis is planned to start later this year that will ultimately replace the SAP SCM-APO existing solution.  This new solution will integrate with the SAP S4HANA ERP system. 

The EBA Business Systems Analyst is to provide knowledge and support on supply chain planning (Demand and Supply Planning). 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Initial Project Deployment (approx. 8 months) 

> Serve as a participant and key contributor to the initial deployment of new SaaS Planning Solution by Kinaxis 

• Take any required training and certification classes necessary to become knowledgeable and proficient in the solution in order to provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement efforts within the solution. 

• Perform necessary system configuration/setup with the guidance of the system implementation lead. 

• Prepare require test plans and execute system testing of the solution. 

Ongoing Support and Continuous Improvement of the new Kinaxis Solution 

> Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Understand business requirements 

• Obtain understanding of business system functionalities to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off 

• Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS 

• Provide training to business key-user/super-user 

> Configuration of system solution

• Create functional specifications 

• Maintain configuration/solution documentation 

> Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing 

> Prepare and conduct business super-user training as required. 

> Provide Level 3 production support 

• Level 1 – Business Super-Users 

• Level 2 – IT Application Maintenance Support(IT-AMS)

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE 

> Knowledge in Supply Planning.

> Additional knowledge in one or more of the following is considered a plus: 

• Demand Planning

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) 

• Production Planning & Demand Scheduling (PPDS) 

• Available to Promise (ATP)

• Experience working with Kinaxis Solutions or other Planning solutions is a plus. 

> Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience 

> Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills 

> Personal Credibility 

• Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background 

• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines 

• Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications 

• Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities 

• Uses appropriate confidentiality 

• Able to disseminate information appropriately 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  

• Bachelor’s degree  

EXPERIENCE  

• Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain within or outside of Lexmark
