Duties: Conduct network equipment, internet, and Wi-Fi management and maintenance. Troubleshoot and fix network issues, ensuring network uptime and security; maximize network performance. Replace, update and program network devices. Responsible for the daily operation of computer peripherals and desktop systems maintenance. Resolve hardware and software issues encountered daily, including problems with computers, printers, scanners, monitors, conference and meeting equipment, and related office and design software. Responsible for managing and maintaining database servers. Prepare proposals for new network projects, submit orders, track the progress of projects, and collaborate with suppliers/vendors on testing, acceptance, and delivery. Develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. Coordinate IT-related equipment, including both hardware and software assets, to maintain accurate records and ensure proper asset tracking, utilization, and accountability. Administer security camera systems, including managing user access and permissions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
