Your future contribution:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our IT team and ensure the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT service management, hardware troubleshooting, and systems administration. You will be responsible for managing IT services, resolving technical issues, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires a deep technical skill set across various platforms, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.


How you’ll add value:

  • Google Workspace Administration:
    Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, ensuring smooth user management, security settings, and troubleshooting.
  • Okta Administration:
    Oversee and maintain the Okta platform, ensuring effective identity and access management, seamless user authentication, and security compliance.
  • Jira and Confluence Administration:
    Manage and troubleshoot Jira projects and workflows, and maintain Confluence knowledge bases to ensure smooth project management and collaboration.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM):
    Provide proactive IT support by handling incidents, service requests, and changes, aligned with ITIL best practices, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Manage hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    Coordinate IT processes for new hires and departing employees, including hardware provisioning, software setup, account creation, and deactivation, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
  • Networking:
    Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routers, switches, VPN configurations, and ensure optimal network performance and security.
  • Cybersecurity (Basics):
    Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices, monitor system alerts, and collaborate with the security team to address potential risks.
  • User Support:
    Provide high-level technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and knowledge bases, ensuring clear communication and documentation of procedures.


You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration roles with demonstrated expertise in:
    • IT service management
    • Networking and basic cybersecurity
    • Jira and Confluence management
    • Hardware troubleshooting and repair
    • Onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Google Workspace administration 
    • Okta administration
  • Are proficient in managing and supporting IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.
  • Are familiar with network fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Navigate easily in cloud environments and SaaS platforms.
  • Have exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
