An Insider's view of Granular

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

"I am a firm believer in, “What got us here, will not get us there”. Our Quality Engineering team is now working to replatform their automation framework that will not just get the engineers to learn Python for all types of testing but will also open doors for them to do data pipeline testing that is used for our software’s AI modeling."

Sr. Director of Engineering

What makes someone successful on your team?

"The number one quality that makes my teammates successful is having a self starter mentality. Someone who can anticipate the needs of our business and business partners and preemptively build out processes and procedures to accommodate said needs. Someone who will give an honest effort each and every day."

Senior Manager, Finance

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

"My job is to listen to the team, throughout all levels of the organization, to gain a broad understanding of the opportunities and challenges we face as a business, pattern match those, and shape the company’s direction based on those learnings, in addition to other factors such as financial commitments, external considerations, etc."
