About the job
The Red Hat Vertical Marketing team is looking for an energetic and flexible Vertical Program Marketing Intern to join us. In this role, you'll be part of the team that will have the responsibility for marketing cross portfolio emerging technology solutions across vertical industries and into Red Hat's most strategic accounts. With the rapid growth of emerging technologies and demand for highly targeted marketing the Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Vertical team feels like a start up; however you will have the support and resources of an established company.
What you will do

  • Build out and management of vertical assets repositories across internal sites
  • Utilize social media tools to build targeted customer contact list based on vertical persona and titles
  • Create and post vertical social media assets as aligned to editorial calendar
  • Support vertical trade shows with packaging of assets and messaging to align with show themes
  • Use social media tools to determine the customer social engagement areas and priorities as aligned with vertical marketing programs


What you will bring

  • Ability to work on your own on multiple projects and vertical programs simultaneously
  • Excellent writing skills to effectively communicate key messages for impactful go-to-market campaigns
  • Solid organizational skills with aptitude to learn new tools and processes
  • Ability to work full-time May-August
  • Currently pursuing a degree; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date at the start of the internship
