We are seeking a Talent Development Intern at Tinder to join our team. As a Talent Development intern you will partner with team members to support the success of employees. This role will work on a variety of projects, programs, and experiences across onboarding, training, organizational change and communication, talent development and performance management initiatives!


We are looking for a problem solver, a strong cross functional collaborator, a tactical executioner and specialist who can balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with ease.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with providing structure and momentum to talent management & learning activities through detailed note taking and action item identification and management
  • Develop and manage project plans to model delivery timelines and inform scope and resourcing related to upcoming Tinder learning initiatives
  • Conduct research and evaluate various vendors for specific learning needs
  • Coordinate and support various talent & learning programs such as speaker series, book clubs, lunch & learns, mentorship program, performance reviews, interview training
  • Schedule trainings and draft employee/manager communications
  • Assist with employee onboarding programs and continuously iterate to enhance and improve
  • Support development of internal marketing and communication plans to promote and raise awareness for programming and initiatives

About You

  • BA/BS in business management, psychology or similar
  • Pursuing a graduate degree, preferably MBA, Project Management, Organizational Development or similar 
  • Prior internship or work experience
  • You are interested in exploring a career in Human Resources, Talent Management & Learning, Project Management or similar in the consumer technology industry
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You think strategically and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an uncanny ability to structure and drive problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving sophisticated problems
  • You have the ability to work closely in coordination and collaboration with the People team and other departments to establish relationships and trust with a broad range of partners across the company
  • You are reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging
  • You have attention to detail and follow through with a high-level of organization
