Job Summary

NetApp has an internship opportunity on our Talent Brand team with a focus on internal and external employer branding, and creative storytelling. The Talent Brand Intern will think holistically about how we attract and retain talent and assist in carrying out the internal components, crafting and implementing creative and engaging content. For this internship, your role will be to identify creative ideas to communicate NetApp as the employer of choice and ensure the right candidates engage with the company at the right time. You will partner regularly with our Talent Acquisition team, as well as other functions. You'll be reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Brand, and will partner closely with members on the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Familiarize yourself with our visual identity guidelines and its various applications across our campaigns, careers site, and social media platforms
  • Routinely audit, discover, and creatively bring together stories of meaningful employee experiences that reflect and magnify NetApp's core values and/or brand positioning, and then share these stories via our LifeAtNetApp social channels.
  • Design external strategies/campaigns that showcase the NetApp brand to existing and prospective employees
  • Support our Talent Acquisition team by preparing creative assets and storytelling support for career fairs, DI&B job boards, and networking associations
  • Partner with NetApp's Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) by providing general creative storytelling support for various external communication efforts



Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong desire to connect and work with people positioned at every point in the talent lifecycle
  • Experience shooting, editing, and delivering photo/video strongly preferred
  • Graphic design background a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills, ability to story tell in front of large groups
  • Strong interest in NetApp's culture
  • Desire to work on a small but agile team
