about the role:


nate is looking to hire a talent acquisition intern for our NYC based office. You'll have the opportunity to work with a small, but mighty talent acquisition team on all things talent. You'll find creative ways to market nate as an employer of choice in NYC and learn the fundamentals of recruiting in a fast growing Series A start-up.

what you'll do:

  • Source for candidates on LinkedIn, Hired, and various recruiting platforms
  • Research various job boards and post open roles
  • Build job descriptions with hiring teams
  • Screen applications
  • Research DE&I recruitment best practices
  • Ad-hoc projects as they arise

about you:

  • A junior or senior at 4 year university local to NYC
  • Organized & a great problem solver
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited to learn how recruiting and the talent function works in a fast growing start-up
