Who you are: 

You're a highly motivated student, a self-starter, and problem solver interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition at a growing technology company.  In this role you will assist with a variety of projects spanning different areas of the Talent Acquisition team. You will build out your skillset in Sourcing, Resume Review, Project Management, and Analytics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive research on best recruiting practices
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks for the summer internship program
  • Research and present on potential new tools to the rest of the team 
  • Strategize, plan and execute on industry level recruiting events 
  • Perform inbound application review 
  • Build sourcing projects in Linkedin Recruiter and Gem
  • And more! 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a undergraduate degree, preferably graduating in Spring 2022 or 2023
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a desire to collaborate across teams
  • Interest in working on large scale client facing events
  • Knowledge and interest in recruiting tools and processes
