Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with fellow team members to help coordinate communication between the recruiting team and prospective team members. You'll have full access and insight into the recruiting process, from sourcing to interviewing, all while building new communication and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and conducting phone interviews
• Represent Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Central and the Rock Family of Companies at virtual and in person career fairs
• Assist the team with day-to-day processes
• Handle administrative duties, along with reports and metrics
• Utilize strong relationship building and communication skills to partner with internal recruiters and/or hiring leaders
• Use networks, online resources, centers of influence, social media and innovative/cutting-edge recruiting strategies to identify, develop and recruit talent
