Job Description:

• Students will work as part of project teams with mentorship from experienced staff
• Collaborate with technical experts to solve problems related to signal processing, open systems architectures for Systems of Systems, Air & Space RF data processing, statistical estimation, object tracking, optimization, control systems, data analytics, cyber defense, sensor hardware development
• Support all phases of projects -

• Problem design
• Solution discovery
• Development of algorithms and systems in software and/or hardware
• Experimentation and data analysis
• System implementation/integration for demonstration and fielded systems
• Design for Manufacturing

Requirements

• Enrollment in a BS, MS or PhD degree program in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or related technical discipline
• Strong academic record and interest in research and/or system/software design
• Background/experience in one of the following areas: model-based systems engineering/digital engineering, agile software development, DevOps, signal processing, RF hardware, embedded software development, system/software integration and test, scientific computing skills (MATLAB, python)
