Support Engineering Co-op: Spring 2022

The Support Engineer Co-op works on a project basis to deep dive into ongoing trends and/or issues facing Toast’s customers and products. The Support Engineer Co-op will focus on learning how to find and collate information from different sources, recognize important trends, and organize data into meaningful conclusions and suggestions. Support Engineers are impact-driven, data-focused, and able to work cross-functionally in order to achieve their goals.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Project-based work
- Work with Support Engineer to present findings to Engineering/Product to illustrate the impact to our customers/Toast as a whole
- Conduct trend analysis on Customer Care cases
- Use data to make recommendations for work on new or unresolved issues
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing an academic degree
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, Looker
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and is flexible with ambiguous and dynamic situations
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the experience, January-May/June
