• Assist in all aspects of potential new venture formation, strategic transactions and business development, including financial modeling, investor due diligence, capital raising, and deal execution.
• Develop an understanding of complex financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses, joint venture cash flow projections, corporate platform modeling, and a developer operating model, to support structuring and investment objectives for the firm and its investors
• Help prepare presentation materials for meetings with internal and external clients, investment partners, lenders and prospective partners
• Assist team members on additional project as assigned
