Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with current Marketing video projects and initiatives.
• Plan, storyboard, direct and shoot video projects with sound capture for post-production.
• Post-production work including assembly of raw footage, footage uploads for group editing, video cutting and linear editing, music selection and editing, and audio import and editing.
• Upload and share of video proofs for feedback and discussion with project stakeholders.
• Planning a weekly production schedule.
• Communication with project stakeholders to facilitate edits and move projects toward completion.
• Assist with content organization, management and archiving.
• Pitch and produce ideas with the support of the Perry Homes creative team.
• Support social media strategies and advertising promotions with educational and showcase video projects.
• Support other departments video initiatives as needed.
• Complete special video projects as requested.
• Setup and maintain video equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge with applications such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Vimeo.
• Video capture and production capabilities (DSLR Sony A7Siii or comparable is a plus).
• Drone capabilities is a plus (certification and insurance required).
• Post-production editing in Adobe Premiere or similar.
• Basic understanding of design and color theory.
• Music selection and audio capture and editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media channels and video requirements per channel

• Motion graphics and After Effects experience is a plus
• Completed college courses in Digital Media and Video is a plus
