In this role, under direction of an experienced software development lead, you will perform a variety of basic to moderately-difficult software development assignments requiring a fundamental knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and techniques. The co-op student at this level typically collaborates with experienced developers to complete basic development tasks, debugs and tests code, queries databases, documents software applications, and assists in resolving technical issues. Assignments are designed to develop a practical knowledge of relevant technologies, processes and systems in the Software Development field. Responsibilities:

- Performs basic to moderately-difficult software development assignments.
- Collaborates with experienced developers.
- Debugs and tests code.
- Assists in resolving a range of technical issues.
- Assists in documenting software applications.
- Utilizes IDEs such as Visual Studio and IntelliJ IDEA to complete development tasks.
- Researches and reviews documentation for third-party libraries and frameworks to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Must be enrolled in a Software Development, Engineering, or Computer Science curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 1+ year of studies in the relevant discipline.
- Relevant course work required.
- Experience with C#, Java, or other OOP languages.
