As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for leading strategy, planning and execution of our social media presence. You’ll be a champion for our customers and an advocate for them to our team by surfacing common themes in comments/questions/etc. You’ll also continuously push the envelope in terms of content we can create to add value to our community and drive engagement on our core channels.
This is a competitively paid internship role where you will be empowered to contribute to a growing marketing program. Depending on your time availability and professional interests, this role may expand/shift into a full-time role.
What you’ll do:
- Strategize and create compelling content across our important social media channels (FB/IG, TikTok)
- Surface insights in terms of content trends, content gaps, competitive landscape, and medium types
- Stay on top of social media trends and ideate ways for us to participate
- Come up with storyboards and concepts for content, and figure out how to create that content (either creating it yourself or managing the creation process)
- Participate in relevant communities - surface insights and participate when we can add value

- Passionate about making financial literacy education accessible and entertaining
