This position is for an intern who will be entering their Junior year by the start of Summer 2022

As a System Design Discipline Intern within the System Design and Architecture Directorate, you will interface with the customer to develop CONOPS, system architecture, system requirements and manage qualification, verification and validation. You will also perform functional / physical analysis, allocation, and trade studies. You will support engineering testing, integration and flight-testing, production, system deployment, and post deployment support across the product lifecycle. Through Digital Transformation (DTx) you will perform these functions using a variety of methods and enabling technologies, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must be a Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate standing by Summer 2022 in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) from an ABET, Including specific majors: Systems Engineering or related scientific or STEM discipline with a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
Qualifications We Value:

- Matlab and/or C++ experience Modeling and Simulation experience

- Basic Engineering skills and interest in how systems are developed and function
