You’ll “secret shop” our competitors and share your insights. You’ll see how SaaS sales teams work together to demonstrate how our product is differentiated in the market. Job Scope:
Perform and complete 18 secret shopper experiences weekly on our identified Top Customers Customer experience online as well as dial in. Document experience and then create a comparison competitor experience sheet as well
Turn in all reports weekly via Google docs with notes and screen grabs
Hold a meeting with Sales rep/Manager to review work from the previous week and address any questions.
Qualifications:
College Sophomore or Higher considered
Strong Consideration for Business Majors
Organization and Time Management is a must
Google Docs familiarity
Understanding the importance of Customer Experience and the effect on business/retention
Learning Skills/Outcomes:
Understanding of competitive landscape of Customer Experience and Service
Clear Process for Sales Research and Account Mapping
Presentation skill delivery in a team environment
Availability:
Part-time [12-week internship]
Must be available to start either February 8, 2022 or February 15, 2022
