As the Research intern in our San Francisco office, you will work on a strategic project over your 10-12 week internship. We are seeking a junior or senior in college or a graduate student who is working toward the completion of a Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management degree or a related field and is looking to gain experience outside the classroom to develop skills and further career interests in the Real Estate field.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• Special projects assigned by hiring manager / teams in Research department
• Assist with other ad/hoc team projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Advanced Junior or Senior level student working towards Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree candidate
• Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects well
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; programming skills would be a plus
• Enjoys analytical projects / work
• Demonstrates ability to effectively multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Must be well organized and highly attentive to detail
