The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to identify their professional interests.
The Intern will directly assist the REPO Plus Department with a wide range of projects related to:• Workflow Enhancement• Process Improvement• Business Application Implementation
In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of REPO Plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Gain an introductory understanding of the Investigator and Adjuster roles
• Perform both the Investigator and Adjuster roles in a production environment
• Attend PEGA BPM design/testing calls to better understand Business Application development from the perspective of the REPO Plus operation
• Provide feedback based on their understanding of the Investigator and Adjuster roles

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

• Incoming college sophomore, junior, senior or working towards advanced degree
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize
