Our team consists of highly experienced and motivated people in our offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, London and New York. We’re currently looking for Remote Legal Tech Interns/Working students based in the US.

Being a Legal Tech Intern/Working Student with us

Working and studying from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become the new normal. As a remote first company, we have always designed our entire infrastructure to allow our employees to work from anywhere. That’s why we also offer remote internships at our virtual location at short notice. In this blog post our former interns Noemi and Jana share some thoughts around their internship experience.

As a Remote Legal Tech Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) you will support our Business Consulting in developing new applications and business models in the area of Legal Tech with and for our customers. You will work independently on the implementation of Legal Tech solutions with the BRYTER platform and conduct research. After intensive onboarding and training on the BRYTER platform, you will quickly be able to productively participate in our workflows.

Qualifications we would love to find
  • You are currently pursuing a career in law as a JD or LL.M. and have a passion for technology and entrepreneurship
  • You learn quickly and have excellent analytical skills  
  • You have an affinity for technology – programming skills are not required 
  • You are very committed, reliable and work with high attention to detail even under time pressure  
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • You are available immediately for at least 12 weeks as an intern (min. 16h/week, up to full-time)

What’s the vibe like in the office?

BRYTER is remote-first, so office gatherings don’t happen often, but when they do, they’re lots of fun. Our last onsite in Portugal was centered on connecting and getting to know each other. Even remote, BRYTER values community, kindness, and inclusivity. BRYTER’s welcoming culture was a big reason that I joined and it hasn’t faded since I started.

I turn customer ideas to prototype with Business Consulting, advance sales with Account Executives, map customer needs to BRYTER module with Solutions Consulting, and loop customer feedback to Product Managers. My favorite part of BRYTER is how cross-functional each role is. Especially as we grow fast, we define the boundaries of our roles.
