About BRYTER

BRYTER is a young but already leading software company in decision automation. We aim to change the way people make decisions in complex and high-judgement scenarios. Our no-code building platform combines great usability with intelligent technology to enable our customers to build and to use automation apps in their day-to-day business. We help all knowledge-intense industries to make their daily business more efficient and transparent and automate whatever is burdensome and boring. Our clients are big companies, banks, consulting and law firms across the globe.

We believe that teams are more important than businesses and we are convinced that the right team has the highest impact. Our management has successfully built, scaled and sold companies before and wants to create an environment where everyone can grow to full potential and flourish.

We want our team members to take responsibility, to understand the mission and ultimately: to be happy. That is why we optimize for happiness in our business organization, allowing everyone to have as much ownership, autonomy and mastery as possible. We allow our people to work from home or everywhere else and we encourage everyone to take part in conferences, to speak and to learn.

Our team consists of highly experienced and motivated people in our offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, London and New York. We’re currently looking for Remote Legal Tech Interns/Working students based in the US.

Being a Legal Tech Intern/Working Student with us

Working and studying from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become the new normal. As a remote first company, we have always designed our entire infrastructure to allow our employees to work from anywhere. That’s why we also offer remote internships at our virtual location at short notice. In this blog post our former interns Noemi and Jana share some thoughts around their internship experience.

An Insider's view of BRYTER

What’s the vibe like in the office?

BRYTER is remote-first, so office gatherings don’t happen often, but when they do, they’re lots of fun. Our last onsite in Portugal was centered on connecting and getting to know each other. Even remote, BRYTER values community, kindness, and inclusivity. BRYTER’s welcoming culture was a big reason that I joined and it hasn’t faded since I started.

Anna

Customer Success Manager

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

I turn customer ideas to prototype with Business Consulting, advance sales with Account Executives, map customer needs to BRYTER module with Solutions Consulting, and loop customer feedback to Product Managers. My favorite part of BRYTER is how cross-functional each role is. Especially as we grow fast, we define the boundaries of our roles.

Rahul

Pre-Sales Engineer

What makes someone successful on your team?

We are a team of motivated and curious sales professionals. Everyone is focused on the team’s success & we share in one another’s victories and learnings, despite coming from different backgrounds. By being open to listening to and learning from one another and applying those learnings to grow our client relationships, we are able to be successful.

Sara

Enterprise Account Executive

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

At BRYTER, we encourage self-leadership. This allows us to be focused on achieving outcomes while continually seeking improvements. By hiring the right people and creating a high level of trust, we promote the autonomy to most efficiently grow as both individuals and as a company.

Eugene

VP, Sales

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

BRYTER does an excellent job of providing time and space for everyone to have open conversations through video calls and Slack. Everyone is easily accessible and our flat hierarchy creates a safe space for everyone's voice to be heard.

Heather

Lead Talent Partner
